
About Wilma
I began my financial services career in 2001, spending much of my time at Lloyds Bank International in Jersey as Assistant Manager in the new business and client servicing team. Following its acquisition by Brooks Macdonald International in 2020, I moved into the investment administration team before advancing to Client Services Manager. In February 2025, I joined Canaccord Wealth as Client Services Manager, following the acquisition of Brookes MacDonald International.
In my current role, I lead a team of Client Services Officers, working closely with portfolio managers to deliver exceptional service to a wide range of private and intermediary clients. My role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and seamless support across all touchpoints.
I hold the Certificate in Offshore Administration and the ICA Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
