About Wayne
I joined the company in 2011 and I am currently responsible for the Finance, Risk Management and Treasury functions. I have worked in financial services for over 25 years, having qualified as a chartered accountant during the early part of my career as an auditor at BDO. I then moved to Deutsche Bank as Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer of their private wealth management business in Guernsey.
I am a Guernseyman by birth and have spent my whole career working on this beautiful island, albeit as my responsibilities have grown to include our UK business, I now spend a portion of my time in London with the wider team.
