About Nicola
I joined the company in 2011 as the Human Resources Manager, subsequently promoted to Head of Human Resources for our International business. Together with my team, I am responsible for delivering our 'people strategy' and supporting our senior leadership team in achieving our strategic goals and objectives through our people.
I have a degree in hotel management and 25 years’ experience working in Human Resources for a variety of commercial businesses in both the UK and Crown Dependencies.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and also a member of our International Leadership and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committees.
