Laurence Leigh
Investment Manager

About Laurence
I manage bespoke portfolios on both a discretionary and advisory basis for private clients, trusts, charities, and pension funds. I have a particular interest in single stock investing and sit on Canaccord’s UK Small Cap Stock Selection Committee as well as our US Investor Services Committee.
I also specialise in advising US citizens living in the UK, focusing on FATCA-compliant investment strategies, PFIC-safe portfolio construction, and multi-currency investment management. I work closely with both US and UK tax advisers to help US connected professionals and families manage their cross-border financial affairs with clarity and confidence.
I’m a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Prior to joining Canaccord, I spent four years in the private wealth division of Goldman Sachs, where I developed a strong foundation in global investment management.
