About Anna
I am Group Head of Legal and Compliance and an executive director for the international business. I joined the company in 1999 initially as the company secretary and my role has evolved from there.
I have a bachelors degree in modern languages, a masters degree in law and I am a member of the Chartered Governance Institute. In addition to my compliance, regulatory and governance experience, I have worked on a range of legal matters, including litigation and M&A.
I am also the ESG lead and Data Protection lead for the Company. I am chair of the Compliance Committee and the Climate Action and Sustainability Committee and a member of the Executive Committee, Divisional Leadership Group, Divisional Risk Committee, Change Management Committee and DE&I Committee.
