I have been serving the good people of Lancaster and the surrounding areas for over 38 years. In that time I have seen amazing changes in the industry, most noticeably in technology. Our business model has changed over the years, as have the habits of clients. Leisure time is valued more and more, so clients have increasingly turned to us to look after their investments. Managing client’s portfolio is a privilege; one that I take very seriously. I strive to deliver the best returns that I can for every client. They are all treated the same no matter the size of their portfolio. As head of the Lancaster office, I encourage my team to develop relationships with clients and intermediaries by offering a personal service which follows the values and culture encouraged at CGWM.
