About Akos
I specialise in fixed income investments, and have more than 15 years’ experience in the investment management industry. In 2015, I joined Brooks Macdonald, focusing on fixed income research and portfolio management, and later leading the Direct Strategies team. My current role involves co-managing various bond funds, corporate bond strategies, and higher value bespoke portfolios, using my experience for the benefit of these high net worth clients. I joined Canaccord Wealth in 2025 and am now a Senior Investment Director. In 2020, I was recognised as one of PAM’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ in the private client wealth management sector.
I have lived in multiple places around the world: I grew up in Hungary, started my career in the United States in 2009, and later moved to Jersey. I find balance in life through outdoor activities and quality time with my family.
